NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2016, at 1 Centre Street, Mezzanine, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following:   

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the City of New York Department of Citywide Administrative Services and Tangent Energy Solutions, Inc., located at 206 Gale Lane Suite C, P.O. Box 1140, Kennett Square, PA 19348, for a Power Purchase Agreement for the large scale rooftop solar electricity on public buildings.  The contract amount is $70,850,381.00. The term of the contract shall be twenty (20) years from written notice to proceed.  E-PIN #: 85615P0006001.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by Competitive Sealed Proposals Method, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
