NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following matters have been scheduled for public hearing by the Community Board:

Community Board No. 7- Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 6:30 PM, CUNY On The Concourse, 2501 Grand Concourse, 3rd Floor, Bronx, NY 10468. 

Fordham Landing South Rezoning (ULURP Number: C260173ZMX): A Zoning Map Amendment from R7-2 to R7-2/C2-4 to facilitate the development of 15,000 square feet of commercial space within Fordham Landing South, an affordable housing development consisting of 921 affordable units, is being sought by DS Fordham Landing 1 LLC at 330 and 360 West Fordham Road in University Heights, Community District 7, The Bronx.
