The Administration for Children's Services, through this Competitive Negotiated Acquisition intends to award one qualified provider from ACS’s current network of contracted Family Enrichment Center's (FEC) providers to develop, tailor, and deliver an Appreciative Inquiry training and capacity-building program for the FEC Network.
