- ULURP Application #C250145MMK (East 56th Street Demapping) – Premises affected – 5601 Kingsway Place, 709 East 56th Street, 5379 Preston Court, Kingsway Place, East 56th Street. An application submitted by Captain Holdings Corp. for a City Map amendment to demap an approximately 20,578-square-foot portion of East 56th Street between Brooklyn Block 7932 and Block 7949, north of Preston Court and south of the LIRR Bay Ridge Branch. The proposed action would facilitate the reconfiguration of an existing school bus parking facility and the development of two single-story office trailers, providing approximately 121 bus parking spaces and 42 accessory off-street parking spaces in the East Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn Community District 18. This Statutory Public Hearing has been duly advertised in the City Record.
