COMMUNITY BOARD NO. 5 - Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 7:30 P.M., at Christ the King High School Cafeteria, 68-02 Metropolitan Avenue, Middle Village, NY 11379

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed zoning map amendment and zoning change from M1-4D to R7A/C2-4 and a zoning text amendment to Appendix F to map Mandatory Inclusionary Housing (MIH), to facilitate two new mixed-use buildings containing 55 dwelling units (14 income-restricted) and 11,316 square feet of ground floor commercial use, proposed by Cypress B.Z.V. Corp. at 10-86 Cypress Avenue, Ridgewood, NY 11385.
