Ensure critical services supporting community-based organizations (CBO) through capacity building services remain available. The services provided through DYCD Online are essential to DYCD successfully implementing new Comprehensive After-School Services (COMPASS) contracts being awarded for COMPASS Center-Based and Non-Public School Site RFP (26026P0004) and COMPASS in Public Schools RFP (26026P0003). These awards are anticipated to begin services August 1, 2026. Furthermore, with the anticipated growth of COMPASS and providers, enhancements to the system will be required to support this growth. DYCD anticipates a 20% - 40% growth of providers utilizing the DYCD Online system. The capacity building services provide training needed to onboard providers into DYCD’s system of record. DYCD’s system of record was developed internally and requires specialized, institutional knowledge to train users effectively.
Description

Fiscal Year 2027 two (2) year Non-Competitive Negotiated Acquisition Extension for DYCD Online. CBOs use DYCD Online to help accurately report program data to DYCD. ExpandED Schools Inc, provide essential capacity building services to CBO in order to help them acquire the necessary proficiency to utilize DYCD online. CBOs use DYCD Online to help accurately report program data to DYCD. ExpandED Schools develop and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on various aspects of DYCD Participants Tracking System (PTS), and DYCD Evaluation Monitoring System (EMS) for staff from DYCD funded Community Based Organizations (CBOs), and DYCD staff. They provide users of PTS and EMS systems with email and phone support, create new user guides and videos as needed, and update existing user guides and videos when PTS and EMS systems are modified and complete and submit monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports on training and support services that were provided, and impact of those services.
