Description

Pursuant to Section 3-04 (b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules. The Administration for Children's Services intends to extend the Music and Performances Art contract for seven months through the negotiated acquisition extension procurement method from November 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, to continue providing this mandated service while ACS completes the RFP process for a new award. The RFP is anticipated to be released around the second quarter of 2026, with new a contract to begin on July 1, 2027.
