Description

Pursuant to PPB Rule 1.02(d)(1), the NYC Department of Homeless Services (DHS) intends to enter into a three-year contract with the New York State Industries for the Disabled, Inc. (NYSID/AHRC). NYSID/AHRC is a Preferred Source vendor. This contract is for NYSID to provide grounds keeping and lawn maintenance services at the DHS' shelter facilities citywide. Proposed contract term is 4/01/2027 - 3/31/2030 with a two-year renewal option. Approval for the proposed contract is granted by NYS Office of General Services.
