In accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, the New York City Department of Probation (DOP) has extended its contract with Urban Youth Alliance International, Inc. (UYAI) through a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) for continued services under the Advocate, Intervene, Mentor (AIM) Program. The contract term is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, in the amount of $2,068,000.00.

The AIM Program is an Alternative to Placement (ATP) intervention for high-risk, justice-involved youth on probation. AIM provides intensive, community-based, one-on-one mentoring through paid advocate-mentors who serve as consistent supports to participants. Services focus on improving decision-making, strengthening family and community connections, and reducing further justice system involvement.
