Description

During the posting of the Notice of Intent to Enter into Negotiations with vendor Blackbaud, Inc. (epin# 10220270003784), for a contract for the Finance Division discretionary application, in an amount of $144,816.02 for a term of 9/15/26 to 9/14/27 a minor rules violation occurred. CPP 3-04(c)(1)(ii) required the names and projected contract term to be included within the notice.  Minor rules violation memo was approved pursuant to CPP 1-02(f) on September 22, 2026.
