During the posting of the Notice of Intent to Enter into Negotiations with vendor Corporate Relocation Systems Inc. (CRS) (epin# 10220270001809), for a contract for the moves, storage, relocation of Council offices, in an amount of $150,000 for a term of 8/1/26 to 6/30/27 a minor rules violation occurred. CPP 3-04(c)(1)(ii) required the names and projected contract term to be included within the notice.  Minor rules violation memo was approved pursuant to CPP 1-02(f) on September 23, 2026.
