A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, October 20th, at the Brooklyn Navy Yard Offices, 141 Flushing Avenue, Building 77, Suite 801, Brooklyn, NY 11205. Failure to attend will result in disqualification. Anyone wishing to submit a bid must attend the meeting. All attendees must R.S.V.P. using the pre-registration link available in the bid documents.
