Description

Construction of the CSO facility superstructure, reconstruction/abandonment of impacted conveyance, and construction of public amenities above the below ground portions of the tank. The scope of OH-CP3 also includes installation of all CSO Facility components and conveyance including mechanical equipment, new force mains, electrical conduits and equipment, heating, ventilation, air conditioning components, architectural features, plumbing, and a Con Ed network protection structure, property line manhole, and duct bank installation. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx") is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
