AGENDA

The applicant, 783 4th Avenue LLC, is seeking zoning changes to facilitate a mixed-use development at 783 4th Avenue in Sunset Park. The proposed development would include three new buildings of 13, 9, and 8 stories, with 214 dwelling units, approximately 3,800 square feet of commercial space, 2,700 square feet of community facility space, and 9 parking spaces.
