In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a significant Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the renovation, operation & maintenance of the Coney Island Cyclone roller coaster and the management and maintenance of the Coney Island Parachute Jump, in Coney Island, Brooklyn.
There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 1:00pm. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting.

All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Friday, November 13, 2026 at 3:00 pm.
