This Project consists of replacement of the existing parking deck and waterproofing assemblies and associated work, including the following: - Replacement of existing skylight assembly - Removal and replacement of vehicle and pedestrian guards - Installation of ramp snow melt system - Miscellaneous façade rehabilitation - Removal and replacement of ceiling assemblies - Installation of below deck insulation assembly - Removal and replacement of interior lighting - Removal and replacement of rooftop exhaust fans - Miscellaneous HVAC rehabilitation.
