The ACS Developmental Disabilities Unit (DDU) Clinical Services and Supports RFP seeks one vendor to provide, psychological evaluations which include, full scale IQ and adaptive testing scores, psychosocial assessments, and autism testing to children, adolescents, and adults with a suspicion of I/DD and are in need of documentation for services or are I/DD documented and are in need of home/community-based and clinic-based services. The evaluations will take place in either a home/community-based or a clinic-based setting, located within the five boroughs of New York City and surrounding counties.
