Pursuant to Section 3-09 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules for Intergovernmental Purchase Method, the New York City Comptroller’s Office has awarded a contract to New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation, whose primary address is 99 Otis Street, 2^nd Floor, Rome, NY 13441, for the provision of Microsoft Copilot Chat Implementation and Training, with AI Policy Modernization and Governance Alignment Recommendations. The contract amount is 145,000.00, and the contract term is from 05/20/2026 to 04/19/2027.
