Description

Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions. Through this solicitation, The Department of Youth & Community Development (DYCD) is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor to support CBOs in a variety of activities focused on structuring organizational policies and practices to promote anti-racism and build and enhance approaches to equity. Examples may include developing their own equity statements, conducting internal reviews, developing accommodations/policies for serving participants with disabilities, and supporting the development and implementation of processes to reevaluate CBO's existing policies and practices.
