NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development ("HPD") is responsible to install and repair Elevators to ensure essential services. HPD has neither sufficient staff with the requisite expertise, nor the equipment necessary to perform this type of work. Qualified bidders must have three years' experience performing this type of work.
