• Joe Marty, Regional Manager representing Gateway Hospitality LLC d/b/a Floyd Bennett Sports & Entertainment Complex, the operator awarded the contract for the Aviator Sports and Events Center, located at 3159 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11234, together with an attorney from Pesetsky & Bookman, will provide a brief presentation regarding the applicant’s proposed floor plans, menu, and method of operation. This Statutory Public Hearing has been duly advertised in the City Record.
