In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) is issuing a non-significant Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the Renovation, Operation and Maintenance of a Snack Bar at the John Street Service Building at the East River Waterfront Esplanade, Manhattan.
There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on September 29,2026, at 11:00am EST. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting.

Subject to availability and by appointment only, we may set up a meeting at the proposed concession site (Block #73 & Lot #2), which is located at the intersection of John Street and South Street on the East River Waterfront Esplanade in the South Street Seaport, Manhattan. (“Licensed Premises”).
All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026, at 3:00pm EST.
