Description

The Procurement is for the Continuation of Hardware Maintenance of 4 Nuvera Xerox Black & White Printers for the Office of Media Productions and Records Management (OMPRM). Although the Print shop are integral users, these printers are mainly used by the distribution services unit which produces clients' mail and checks in large volume with a short turnaround time. The continuation of this contract while another replacement printers is being researched is very important to meet the Organizational mandates and expectation.
