The Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) intends to enter into a sole source contract with SoftGenetics, LLC to provide continued software maintenance for the following licenses:

  1. Mutation Surveyor
  2. NextGENe
  3. GeneMarkerHTS
  4. Geneticist Assistant
  5. GeneMarkerHID

Any other vendor who is capable of providing this service to the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner may express their interest in doing so by completing their response in PASSPort in the Manage Responses tab of Sourcing EPIN #81625Y0683.
