Description

The Department of Environmental Protection is entering into a Negotiated Acquisition (NA) contract with Mott Macdonald NY Inc. The NA will allow the agency to retain the current contractor to deliver unique project specific expertise and the critical requirement to maintain federally driven project schedules. 

DEP in collaboration with the US Army Corps of Engineer's South Shore Staten Island Costal Resiliency Project the completion of final design and DSDC for the four priority outfalls. 

The contract term will be 6/30/2027-6/28/2035. EPIN: 82627N0002
