NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, PURSUANT TO LAW, that the following proposed revocable consent has been scheduled for a public hearing by the New York City Department of Transportation. A draft copy of the revocable consent agreement(s) may be obtained at no cost by submitting a request at diningoutnyc.info/requestcopy

The public hearing will be held remotely via Zoom, commencing on September 17th, 2026, at 11:00 am, in the matter of a proposed revocable consent authorizing the following:

  1. PVM 100 Fifth Ave LLC (Pura Vida Miami) to modify their existing sidewalk cafe revocable consent adjacent to 100 5 ave in the borough of Manhattan.
