The City of New York Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is seeking up to five (5) qualified vendors (hereafter, the “Vendor(s)” and “Contractor(s)”) to perform appraisal reports of real estate in New York City, through the issuance of Work Orders. Appraiser may occasionally be required to perform appraisals outside of New York City as needed by DCAS. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, Section 3-03 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules.
