BWT-WI-323: Reconstruction of MSP Cone Check Valves, Actuators and Discharge Piping at Wards Island WWTP. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
