Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS)  Facilities Management and Construction Services is seeking a qualifed vendor to to upgrade all the elevators at 198 East 161st Street (Concourse Plaza) in the Bronx, which includes elevator cabs, controls, anxillary system components, including AC unit and remedial architectural work and electrical work.  EPIN85626B0010
 

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Bidding Method, Section 3-02 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules.
