Description

During the pre-solicitation process for the award of a sole source contract to Peraton, Inc. (EPIN 057260004) a minor rules violation occurred.  The PPB Rules Section 3-05(c) notes that notice of intent to enter into negotiations shall be published at least ten calendar days before negotiations are expected to begin. However, the advertisement was placed on December 29, 2025, after the anticipated commencement date of the contract. Minor rules violation memo ratified pursuant to Section 1-02 (h) (3) of the PPB Rules on August 19, 2026.
