Description

DYCD's capacity-building and technical assistance programs support DYCD’s contracted providers in various areas needed to enhance program services. The services offered are in the areas of Organization Development, Fiscal Management, Strength-Based Approaches to Service Delivery, Career Development, Developing a Safe and Supportive Environment, Adult Literacy Support, Mental Health Support and Case Management. These services have been determined to be of high need to support our contracted providers and the work they do for the City of New York.
