Description

This is a notice that the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is seeking comments from the public about the proposed contract below.

 

Contract Type: New Contract

Contractor: M&J Engineering DPC

Contractor Address: 2003 Jericho Tpke, New Hyde Park, NY 11040

Scope of Services: Administrative and environmental consulting services, including preparing and submitting documentation, and representing and testifying before associated oversight agencies required pursuant to New York City’s Uniform Land Use Review Procedure and the Environmental Quality Review Procedures for the New York City Health Department.

Maximum Value: $1,500,000.00

Term: November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2029, with no option to renew.
