Description

Department Homeless Services (DHS) intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) contract with Urban Pathways, Inc. for the 105th Street Safe Haven located at 54 West 105th Street, New York, NY 10025.

The proposed NAE term will be from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with a contract amount of $2,855,457. All Renewals and Amendment Extensions were exhausted before utilizing the NAE method.

Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rule Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein.
