MOCJ seeks to solicit proposals to serve justice-impacted NYC residents in planning for their release and transition into community. MOCJ seeks to do this by establishing the Community Justice Transitional Network which is comprised of three components of service and six competition pools. The first component is for hybrid in-custody/in-community transition services. The second component focuses on comprehensive services in the community. The third component focuses on support for people in an acute rearrest period both in-custody and in-community with specialized and responsive care.
The date of release for the RFP is 08/18/2026 via PASSPort under EPIN12827P0001. This will be released city wide utilizing the Pre Qualified List (PQL)
