TRS seeks an independent vendor to perform a focused, risk-based security assessment before Copilot licenses are activated for end users.

The engagement is limited to assessment and recommendations. The vendor will not change production configurations or implement remediation.

  • Validate the security controls protecting the pilot.
  • Identify material conditions that could expose TRS information.
  • Identify required pre-rollout remediation.
  • Provide a clear readiness determination.
