Description

The New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”) seeks bids from qualified vendors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, insurance, and all other items necessary to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for NYCHA’s offset printing equipment located at 23 Ash Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222, and 90 Church Street, New York, NY 10007.

The resulting contract will have an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) additional one-year renewal options, at NYCHA’s sole discretion.

The successful bidder shall pay all applicable taxes and perform all work in accordance with the Form of Proposal (“FOP”) and all other applicable solicitation and contract documents, including all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
