PIN#85827N0003 Due:

The theatre development grant program is currently mid-cycle, with ongoing applicant support, panel review processes, and grantee deliverables that must be completed in accordance with the program design and the scope of services. A new vendor would require substantial onboarding time to understand the program’s structure, applicant pool, evaluation criteria, and administrative systems. Such a transition would jeopardize MOME’s ability to meet program deadlines and would impose unnecessary administrative burdens on both the agency and the applicant community. Please refer to the attached special case justification memo for additional details.
Description

The Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI), acting on behalf of the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME), is seeking the use of the Negotiated Acquisition Method to contract with the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA), to develop, administer, and promote a media and entertainment content program to encourage and support the creation of film, television, digital, theatrical, and other forms of media and entertainment in NYC that reflects the voices of women. If you wish to express interest on future opportunities please contact Paul Simms, psimms@oti.nyc.gov.
