In accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, the New York City Comptroller Office (the “Comptroller’s Office”), acting on behalf of the New York City Retirement Systems, is seeking to extend the existing Global Securities Lending Agency Agreement for one (1) year, from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027. The firm is a fiduciary and will continue to provide global securities lending agency services.
