In accordance with section 3-04(b)(2)(i)(D) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) intends to negotiate the Comprehensive After-School System (COMPASS) Center Based Programs. The COMPASS Center Based Programs provides after-school services tailored to serve Elementary and Middle school . COMPASS offers high quality programs that have a strong balance of academics, recreation, enrichment, and cultural activities to support and strengthen the overall development of youth. COMPASS aims to help young people build skills to support their academic achievement, raise their confidence and cultivate their leadership skills through service learning and other civic engagement opportunities.

The term of this contract shall be for period of September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with a one-year option to renew.
