Contract Term: 3 years from the award date on NYCHA’s Purchase Order. NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this Contract for up to 2 one-year renewals.
This is a re-bid of RFQ 512437.
Scope of Work: The scope of work is for the repair and service of emergency back-up generators and may include quarterly and annual preventive maintenance. NYCHA currently operates ninety-three (93) generators across our portfolio and will add one hundred and eighty-nine (189) generators over the course of the next two to three years. Quarterly and annual preventive maintenance and repair work.
Labor Law 220i Public Work Registration Certificate/Certification: Pursuant to Article 8, Section 220-i of the New York State Labor Law .The Bidder and each subcontractor must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor. This Solicitation is not subject to PLA. This solicitation does not require PQL.
