Description

The Adult Protective Services (APS) program arranges for needs assessments, care management and service delivery to impaired adults who have no one willing and able to help in a responsible manner. Heavy duty cleaning (HDC) services enable HRA/APS to prevent eviction and/or to place home care services into client’s residence, enabling impaired adults to remain in a community setting as an alternative to premature or unnecessary costly institutionalization. HDC services includes – cleaning, garbage removal, disinfection and extermination to provide an orderly and hygienic environment. The lowest bidder, Sparklean Janitorial Services Inc, is 10% lower than our estimated price. Their unit price quotes for cleaning services and garbage removal for level 1, level 2, and level 3 services are fair and reasonable to the current market price and close to our estimates. The bidder has past experience of cleaning services with our agency. Their services performances were good. The bidder was very responsive and responsible with services. We want to select a vendor who can perform the cleaning services to the client’s residents per our agency’s requirements. Therefore, we are requesting to select the lowest bidder, Sparklean Janitorial services, Inc. Contract term is twelve (12) months: 7/1/2026 – 6/30/27 PIN:26ZSEAP00901
