Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, PURSUANT TO LAW, that the following proposed revocable consent has been scheduled for a public hearing by the New York City Department of Transportation. A draft copy of the revocable consent agreement(s) may be obtained at no cost by submitting a request at diningoutnyc.info/requestcopy

The public hearing will be held remotely via Zoom, commencing on August 6th, 2026, at 11:00 am, in the matter of a proposed revocable consent authorizing the following:

  1. A proposed modification to an existing revocable consent authorizing Variety Cafe Inc. to maintain, operate, and use a roadway cafe for a term of four years adjacent to 142 Driggs Ave in the Borough of Brooklyn
  2. A proposed modification to an existing revocable consent authorizing 335 Columbus LLC to maintain, operate, and use a roadway cafe for a term of four years adjacent to 335 Columbus Ave in the Borough of Manhattan
  3. A proposed modification to an existing revocable consent authorizing Kitchen Nuggets LLC to maintain, operate, and use a roadway cafe for a term of four years adjacent to 23 2nd Ave in the Borough of Manhattan
  4. Petrani Corp. to maintain, operate, and use a roadway cafe for a term of four years adjacent to 128 Central Ave in the Borough of Brooklyn
  5. Yingruay Inc. to maintain, operate, and use a roadway cafe for a term of four years adjacent to 635 Vanderbilt Ave in the Borough of Brooklyn
  6. Pupuseria Ridgewood Corp. to maintain, operate, and use a roadway cafe for a term of four years adjacent to 7120 Fresh Pond Road in the Borough of Queens
  7. Parkside Hospitality LLC to maintain, operate, and use a roadway cafe for a term of four years adjacent to 544 Union Ave in the Borough of Brooklyn
  8. Another Transformation LLC to maintain, operate, and use a roadway cafe for a term of four years adjacent to 626 Vanderbilt Ave in the Borough of Brooklyn
  9. Fellini UES Corp. to maintain, operate, and use a roadway cafe for a term of four years adjacent to 1335 Lexington Ave in the Borough of Manhattan
