In accordance with section 3-04(b)(2)(i)(D) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) intends to negotiate the Comprehensive After-School System (COMPASS) School Based Programs. The COMPASS School Based Programs provides after-school services tailored to 6-8 Middle school youth. COMPASS offers high quality programs that have a strong balance of academics, recreation, enrichment, and cultural activities to support and strengthen the overall development of youth. COMPASS aims to help young people build skills to support their academic achievement, raise their confidence and cultivate their leadership skills through service learning and other civic engagement opportunities.
The term will be from 08/01/2026 to 8/31/2027 with a one year option to renew.
