Description

The New York City Department of Sanitation (“DSNY” or “the Department”) Health Care Facility is an occupational health facility with a medical staff that evaluates the medical condition(s) of its uniform and non-uniform employees. Evaluations include fitness for duty, safety, return-to-work, and pre-employment evaluations. DSNY seeks a qualified contractor (“the Contractor”) to provide Nurse Practitioners (“NPs”), Physician Assistants (“PAs”), Registered Nurses (“RNs”), Licensed Practical Nurses (“LPNs”), and Medical Assistants (“MAs”) to support occupational health operations at the DSNY Health Care Facility.
