NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS PUBLIC HEARING, in accordance with Section 824 of the New York City Charter, will be held on September 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. via Conference Call No. 1-646-992-2010, Access Code 717 876 299.
IN THE MATTER of the acquisition of the Staten Island Tax Block 5308, Lot 50 (the “Property”). The City is acquiring the Property which is in the Special South Richmond Development District, to facilitate the expansion of and to allow for greater connectivity across Crescent Beach Park, in Staten Island, Community District 3.
The proposed acquisition was approved by the City Planning Commission pursuant to NYC Charter Sections 197-c on May 19, 2021 (ULURP No. C 210221 PCR/ Cal. No. 7).
The purchase price is $618,500.
