Provide all necessary labor, parts, materials and equipment for pipe wrapping Work, with pipes at maximum operating pressures below 1,000 psi, at various WRRFs, pumping stations, and associated DEP facilities. The pipes are used to convey various fluids throughout the wastewater treatment process. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box. This will take you to the Public Portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the RFx, insert the EPIN 82626B0045 into the Keywords search field.
