Installation of Equipment and Appurtenances for Shafts 17B and 18B; & Rehabilitation of Existing Shafts 16B, 19B, 20B, 21B, 22B and 23B This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx") is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal.
