The proposed NAE term will be from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 to ensure continuity of services to DVS’ vulnerable clients until a new open-ended RFx is awarded. Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rules Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein.
Description

DSS/DVS intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) contracts with the following three (3) vendors, providing Tier II shelter services for the Domestic Violence Service program.
