Description

This project consists of the restoration of the Harlem Courthouse, a historic building constructed in 1891–1893. The scope of work includes façade repair and restoration, partial window replacement, tile roof repairs and flat roofs replacement, structural repairs, interior repairs due to water infiltration. Proposed scope is consistent with NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission requirements. Community Boards: Manhattan #11
