In accordance with Section 1-12 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a Request for Bids (“RFB”) for the Request for Bids for the Operation of Circus & Carnival Concessions at Various Park Locations Citywide.

There will be a recommended remote bidder meeting on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM. If you are considering responding to this RFB, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote bidderr meeting.

If you cannot attend the remote bidder meeting, please contact us by Monday, July 13, 2026, and subject to availability and by appointment only, we may set up a meeting at one of the available concession sites.

Hard copies of the RFB can be obtained, at no cost, commencing July 10, 2026, through July 31, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding weekends and Holidays, at the Revenue Division of the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation, which is located at 830 Fifth Avenue, Room 407, New York, NY 10065. All bids submitted in response to this RFB must be submitted by no later than Friday, July 31, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

The RFB is also available for download from July 10, 2026, through July 31, 2026, on Parks’ website.  To download the RFB, visit www.nyc.gov/parks/businessopportunities, click on the link for “Concessions Opportunities at Parks,” and, after logging in, click on the “download” link that appears adjacent to the RFB’s description.
